All patients have a designated time for their appointment. All
patients are expected to be on time for their appointment and if they
are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, they may be asked
to reschedule their appointment. All new patients are asked to come in
15 minutes before their designated appointment to fill out a registration
and history form if they have not already done so off this website.
Cancellation of Appointments
Common courtesy dictates that all cancellations be made 24 hours
before the scheduled appointment. If more than 3 appointments are missed
without cancellation, the patient may not be rescheduled for another appointment. The charge for missed appointments – $35.00.
It is the responsibility of all patients to renew their prescriptions
during our business hours. Prescriptions will not be renewed during non-business
hours unless they are deemed a medical emeregency by the on-call physician.
Narcotic analgesics will not be renewed during non-business hours.
There is always an on-call physician availabale for after-hours
care. This person however is available for emergencies only and not to
discuss treatment plans or test results. If the on-call physician deems
the situation to be an emergency, the patient may be advised to report
to the nearest emergency room. The on-call physician will then be in touch
with the emergency room physician to coordinate care.
You may contact your physician by phone for routine questions,
and should expect a call within 24 hours. If you have a true medical medical
emergency you should dial 911.
